

What was my role? I was the Lead Designer on this project (assisted by a freelance). What did I create? In line with a continual improvement of Eurostar's online service, I created a series of infographics to illustrate the unique selling points (USPs) of the company, and to compare those USPs to the major airlines, Eurostar's primary competition. The different USPs, illustrated by the infographics, will be displayed in different environments such as Eurostar.com, CRM communications and social media. When did I do this? This product is due to be released in November 2014. What did I achieve? The Eurostar style guide contained very little guidance on creating infographics, so the design team really had to start from scratch. I took two pages of hard facts and data and I created a series of rich and comprehensive infographics.
