Eurostar new mobile site

What was my role? I was the Lead Designer on this project. What did I create? As part of the mobile delivery team, I have led the visual development and design of this product. I assisted the UX team by producing prototypes that were user tested. I cemented the results of the user testing into a final design delivery, supported by a build guide for the benefit of the development team. I have followed the development of this project from its beginning to the launch in September 2014. When did I do this? Eurostar's new mobile site and App were launched in September 2014. What did I achieve? Since launching, Eurostar's new mobile site has already increased E*Mobile revenue by +64.4%, year on year. I have worked with the mobile delivery team to re-position Eurostar's mobile presence. I have led the design of a functional product but I have also improved visual consistency between all the digital channels. I have worked to improve Apple store and Google Play customer ratings.
