What was my role? I was Senior Designer on this project, with the help of our design supporting agency, Prospect . What did I create? Working very closely with our UX agency, Etre, a London-based agency, and a digital design supporting agency, Prospect, we reworked the entire look and feel of the Eurostar site. This included reworking the UX, the architecture and the booking path. This is an article of Eurostar press office department released at the time; http://www.eurostar.com/uk-en/about-eurostar/press-office/press-releases/2013/all-change When did I do this? The new site was successfully released on the 15 of March 2013. What did I achieve? This was a colossal task involving a number of external partners. As senior designer, my task were numerous. I helped to organise the design pitch, won by Prospect. I engaged closely and consistently with Prospect in order for them to understand the branding and current design goals as well as different classes of services and loyalty programmes offered by Eurostar. Throughout the entire project I was responsible for managing all aspects of the design delivery. Once the design was delivered I liaised closely with the development and front end teams from the external agency, Cap Gemini, who were located on site for more than a year. I worked with them to manage the design delivery and to ensure that the design goals were maintained and respected. Link: www.eurostar.com
